This is standard Chinese food, but we quite like it more than other Chinese in the area. The pork fried rice was pretty good which is usually my litmus test since it's a standard item you get everywhere.

We had placed our order with Jade II about 2 pm for a pick up at 6pm in New Years Eve. Gave us the total. When my wife got there, they said they had no record of her order, and she must have called Fitchburg. She showed them her phone, yup she had called Gardner Jade number earlier, not Fitchburg or even Leominster. She even had the correct amount for what our order came to. Rather than admit their error, they then refused making our order, said they werent making anything other than already ordered, and just said NEXT. Incredibly rude!
Well we knew Yen Yen would have had to have been preordered as well, so we tossed a Hail Marry and Kenny's was able to put together our take home after an hour wait.

We've had an expected experience in terms of food, price and service comparable to other nearby Chinese food until today.
Ordered Seafood Worbar for delivery and the scallops were raw, completely transparent. Called and explained that at this point, a substitution for the same meal would be unacceptable. We were told straight out that no refund would be offered and it was suggested that we drive back to the restaurant for the substitution. No other solution was offered.
The menu is in the trash receptacle. -

I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about, I like the food here. Hot & sour soup, General Tso's & Kung Pao chicken is pretty good. I like Sawa better - and Sawa has awesome lunch deals, but this place seems to be more than adequate, I prefer it over Yen Yen, never had a bad experience, and they deliver.
